Building an Oxyboxer

Were building an Oxyboxer!

But what is an oxyboxer?

The easiest way to describe it, is take a water cooled flat-four type 25 engine, chop off the water jacket and bolt on the barrels pistons and heads from an earlier air-cooled Volkswagen flat-four engine.

Disc Grooving & Cross-Drilling

Cross drilling brake discs increases the surface area of the disc and increases the cooling capacity of your discs, giving improved fade-resistance.

Grooved discs help remove the gases that can cause pad 'float' at high temperature.  This float can dramatically reduce braking efficiency.  The grooves in the brake discs provide somewhere for the gas to escape, ensuring your brakes maintain efficiency under demanding use.

Either option will provide improved braking performance at a very low cost.  You keep all of your standard braking components, but improve your braking efficiency.

We are happy to groove or cross-drill any pair of new discs supplied to us.

All of our work is completed to extremely demanding standards, so you can be sure your discs won't only look better, but they'll work better, too.
