At Futbus we recognise that owners of earlier Volkswagens would like their campers to pull up like a modern van.  However, we realise that not everyone can afford, or needs Porsche brakes!

Our big brake conversion uses off-the-shelf parts and minimal custom items to give you the best stoppers for your money.

Bay set-up for 288mm vented discs.

You supply your front suspension uprights on an exchange basis, we set them up to accept modern calipers and rotors and then you have the choice of either fitting the brakes yourself, or we can turn your conversion around from our workshop in half a day.

Prices start from £215 for an exchange DIY kit, to £695 for a price to leave your bus with us and drive away with a complete, fitted 288mm set up.  Further options for grooving and drilling of your discs are available.
